I was trying to ignore the recent revival of ballet flats, but it's pretty clear this trend is here to stay, at least through the dog days of summer and into the fall.
I'm not one for traditional ballet flats (blame it on my middle school obsession with my white cotton lace pair) so I rounded up a few versions that I can actually stand.
Lace-up ballet flats are making a huge splash in the fashion world right now, and even though I'm not sure I could see myself with a satin pair of those bad boys, I could get on board with some less-lacy pairs.

Okay find, it's only 30% off of sale items, but that still implies $10 tanks and $20 dresses. My eye caught sight of the sale sign in the window after class Friday and I couldn't help but wander inside... Sorry, Dad!
I've been staring at their dyed high-low dresses on the sale rack for about two months now, and finally decided to snag one today. I went for the tye dye, but they also offer this style in a maroon or blue ombré. You can find it listed online for $40, but I only paid $27 in-store.
